Information on the Site does not constitute a binding quote, guarantee of eligibility for an incentive or financing program, engineering determination, or agreement to perform services.

Final project scope, pricing, equipment selection, warranties, payment terms, and other project-specific obligations are governed by the applicable written proposal, contract, or service agreement between you and Electrify My Home.

3. ESTIMATES, REBATES, INCENTIVES, AND FINANCING

Any estimates, rebate amounts, tax incentives, financing information, energy savings, utility savings, or similar information presented on the Site are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.

Eligibility for rebates, incentives, tax credits, financing, or third-party programs may depend on factors outside Electrify My Home’s control. Program requirements, funding, availability, and incentive amounts may change or expire.

Electrify My Home does not guarantee eligibility for or receipt of any particular rebate, tax credit, incentive, financing product, or other third-party benefit unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

You should consult the applicable program administrator, tax professional, financial professional, or other qualified advisor regarding your individual eligibility where appropriate.

4. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Electrify My Home provides home electrification, HVAC, electrical, energy-efficiency, training, consulting, and related services. Availability varies based on location and type of service.

Submission of a form, appointment request, assessment request, or other inquiry through the Site does not guarantee that Electrify My Home can provide the requested service.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its contents—including text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, videos, logos, designs, downloads, training materials, and other content—are owned by or licensed to Electrify My Home and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, or print reasonable portions of the Site for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, modify, republish, sell, distribute, or commercially use our content without prior written permission except as otherwise permitted by law.

6. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES

7. TEXT MESSAGE TERMS

Electrify My Home may offer text messaging to individuals who provide a mobile telephone number and consent to receive SMS or MMS communications from us.

Depending on the consent you provide and your relationship with us, messages may include:

Appointment confirmations and reminders
Scheduling and rescheduling communications
Estimate or project-related communications
Service and customer-support communications
Account or transaction-related information
Service updates
Promotional or marketing messages, if you separately consent to receive them

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with Electrify My Home.

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from Electrify My Home and messages you send to us. Your wireless carrier’s messaging and data rates apply.

If you have questions regarding your text or data plan, please contact your wireless carrier.

Opting Out

You may cancel SMS messaging from Electrify My Home at any time by replying STOP.

After you send STOP, we will send you a text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us after your opt-out has been processed, except for messages necessary to confirm or administer your opt-out or where otherwise permitted by law.

If you later wish to receive messages again, you may opt in again through an available Electrify My Home opt-in method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Electrify My Home and its officers, employees, representatives, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Electrify My Home and its officers, employees, representatives, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site or material violation of these Terms.

13. CHANGES TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS
