How long does the battery backup last when the power goes out?
The Copper Stove has your back when the power goes out, with enough on board power to cook 3-5 meals.
Is it a convection oven?
Yes, this is a powerful and precise convection oven with a broiler.
Does it have an air fry feature?
There is not a specific air fry button. However, air frying is truly convection cooking. This effect can be achieved by placing items in a well spaced basket against the convection fan.
How many burners?
There are 4 symmetrical cooking zones.
Are there any rebates or incentives available?
The 120v Copper Stove qualifies for a 30% federal tax credit and California Energy Smart Homes $3000 rebates, making it a similar price to non-battery-enabled induction stoves that need 240v wiring.
